I have made significant progress in my fitness journey. I gained over 30 pounds of lean body mass, commonly referred to as GAINZ. I started at a low 145 pounds and at my last weigh-in, I was 175!
When I began this journey, my strength in weightlifting was not particularly impressive. However, through consistent effort and dedication, I have achieved notable milestones, including a robust 275-pound deadlift and impressive numbers across various strength metrics. This progress has been facilitated by several comprehensive strength programs aimed at improving stability, proper mechanics, general strength, motor recruitment, work capacity, and maximum strength.
