Before working with Jon at 10sileStrength I was an avid runner, and was looking into getting into strength training to build a stronger body!

Without much experience lifting weights, Jon helped me learn proper lifting techniques and exercise progressions.

Since working with Jon I have gone into doing Powerlifting and Olympic Lifting competitions, I was also able to get in the best shape for my wedding!

I went from 26% body fat to 19% body fat!
