I lost over 20 pounds!

Working with Jonathan has taught me how to properly and confidently lift weights, something I was vey intimidated to do. His attentive approach, patience and easy going vibe, makes it less frightening yet encouraging to keep going.

Along with learning proper exercise technique, Jon also emphasizes the importance of adequate nutrition, calories and necessary steps that I needed to reach my weight loss goal/body composition transformation.

I feel great, I love the result of all the hard worked I have endured, the new sense of self-confidence to take on any new challenge that might ventured in or might come my way.
