I have worked with Jonathan for almost 8 years and my almost 80 year-old body is probably in the best shape ever!
At first I just wanted to lose weight, but in time my flexibility, coordination, balance and overall strength have all improved greatly-in fact, I had a hip replacement a few years ago, Jonathan helped get back to top shape right after I was clear to comeback to working out.
Jon is professional, confident, attentive, a stickler for proper form, and has such positive energy-always encouraging, making modifications when necessary, but still presenting challenges (and not accepting excuses!) Our sessions are hard work for me, but also lots of fun! He is just an exceptional trainer and friend in every way!
